Product Nature

  • SehatFit products are herbal dietary supplements.

  • They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Individual results may vary depending on health, age, and lifestyle.

Eligibility

  • Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order.

  • For customers below 18, parental consent is required.

Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be prepaid via our secure payment gateways (Cashfree Payments/PayU/UPI/Net Banking).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in select pin codes.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation may not be possible once the item is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days depending on location.

  • Delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

  • Only unopened and sealed packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer must bear the return shipping charges unless the product delivered was damaged or wrong.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned item.

Disclaimer of Liability

  • SehatFit, its founders, employees, or affiliates are not liable for:

    • Misuse of the product

    • Consumption beyond recommended dosage

    • Any allergic reactions without prior medical consultation

  • Customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or under medical treatment.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
